World Idea:Romanya

I've had a revalation into what I think would be a good idea for a new world:

Romanya:World based on time just before fall of roman empire.

"Romanya is a magical metropolis that has a few rare magic residues over from when the world was first created. Believe it or not, the Drake Brothers were raised and trained in magic here. Wizards arrive to Romanya to collect the DNA Splicers, a powerful magic artifact that could be the key to defeating Morganthe. Wizards arrive to find the city of Rimon in havoc. Morganthe's minions are terrorizing the townsfolk and residents of Romanya, slaves are rebeling against their masters, the Perusian(from the world of Perusia) Army wants the people of Romanya in bondage and slavery, and a new, untested, unproven emporer(Emporer Tikus) sits in the palace, corrupted by dark magics, courtesy of Morganthe. Wizards meet Morganthe's long forgotten older brother, an Avalonian knight named Nari. However, there is one secret about your wizard's relationship with Morganthe, one that could cost the Council of Light, Morganthe, and everyone in the spiral all hope of driving out Shadow and Light."

What do you think of my idea? Level 98 spells would be:
Storm:Hurricane 2000 storm damage and -25% to next incoming damage for 4 rounds
Ice:Glacial Melt: 1430-1565 ice damage and dispel next fire/storm spells
Fire:Soul Fire:1235-1400 fire damage with the drawback of dealing 435 to the caster
Death:Nuclear Waste:1200-1300 death damage and +45% next death damage/drain spell
Life:Rite of Spring:1200 heal to one ally and +30% to next 4 heal spells
Myth:Scylla(from Odyssey):1220-1330 myth damage and +800 myth physical over 4 rounds
Balance:Gryphon:1300-1345 balance damage and 675 balance damage over 3 rounds

Astral spells to come in later post.

What do you think overall though?

My Bands Possible show next season

Our band director played me the opener for the show he was looking at for next year a couple months back during Marching Season. I loved it then, because I was orriginally planning on marching flute or piccolo next year. Then I decided to do colorguard, and I did a bit of snooping around. I found our show, and our colorguard instructor, CoachM, will have a bit of fun with this. Since none of you live near Idaho,I deem it safe to post a link up.

I want you all to comment on this and tell me what you think of the show:
Movement 1=Opener
Movement 2=Ballad
Movement 3=Closer

http://www.box-six.com/showsMB_TribalAffect.html

Leave a comment and tell me what you think.

Regards,

Patrick

(P.S. You must listen to ALL 3 movements before commenting. Sorry, but I'm a bit of a Ruleslayer about this. Tell me what you think, honestly. :) )

Azteca

Hello Wizards. I might like to inform you of the new world (although I have a sneaking suspicion that you've heard of it already, Azteca! It has a theme that centers around Dinosaurs.

I'm here to admit, I've been dreaming worlds after Avalon for a LONG time, like, oh I don't know, since Avalon came out. I will post my ideas here before I introduce the new world:

Tyrania(basically, what Azteca is, a world with a dinosaur theme)
Volcuronus(a world with a firey wasteland after a volcano exploded and made life nearly impossible)
Mirage(since Azteca is the 4th world in our Morganthe Story, maybe my wish of Mirage being the last world of our Morganthe Story will come true)
Serperia(a world with a snake theme. Enemys include snakes and the last boss is the Serpent King)

Now, into the nitty gritty of it. Kingsisle has obviously introduced Azteca to succede Avalon as our Morganthe world. Leah Ruben even gives us a teaser:
"A mysterious person from your wizard's past will be returning to make a dramatic reappearance. Players WILL definately recognize this character":
Massivley Arcitle
Massively posted an arcticle on the new world of Azteca only a short while ago, read the arcticle here, i find it to be a rather interesting read:http://massively.joystiq.com/2012/10/24/wizard101-invites-us-to-the-dinosaur-world-of-azteca-embargo-1/

One thing is for sure though, this world is a keeper FOR SURE. Only one other game could match this, well more like games, and Pokemon Black2 and White2 don't even COMPARE to a world the size of Azteca.

New spells, new gear, new pets, even new houses are in store for us. I think that that mystery person is Malistaire, but I don't know. See that coffin in the background near the portal looking thing, it might be Morganthe's long lost son, if she ever had a kid. I'll post more pictures down below.

In my next post(unknown when that will be posted), I will be discussing the new Level 84 Star spells, 86 Sun spells, 88 School spells and 88 Moon Spells.

Cheers,

Patrick EmeraldPyre a.k.a The Vanquisher
(P.S. If any of you have a recording of the new Battle Theme for Azteca, please tell me, cause I want to hear the theme. Ok, now seduce your thoughts on these:)

Yar, hello again from the Spiral

I feel humiliated to say it, but here it comes, I'm almost too busy to play Wizard101 OR Pirate101 anymore. My parents are harping on me to do my homework, and with me being in the Marching Band for my high school, i'm almost too busy. But I'm not out of the race YET! This old wizard has got some energy left, and I'll continue to post on my blog from time to time, but I won't be doing it as often as I should.

I started Pirate101 and made a Buccaneer. He's level three as of right now, but i'm going to work on him a bit. I made level 78 in Wizard101 and now have my Wolly Mammoth pet.

If you live near Boise, Idaho, I expect you to be at Boise State University this coming saturday to watch my marching band THE Kuna Gold, perform our show for the last time this season. Our step-off time is 3:15-3:30. Be there early. I'm the ONLY boy flute player, so it shouldn't be to hard to find me.

Cheers,

Patrick

Catalan the Lightning Lizard

Lightning Lizards. I hate them. And I can attest to the argument that Catalan does indeed have a reputation for spitting lightning out of his mouth. I think this is the hardest wyrm boss battle yet, as storm monsters have a bad tendance to critical on things like Triton and Leviathan, but I don't have much fear of storm monsters anymore, that will be until I get on to the next world after Avalon. Then I may start fearing storm mobs and people again.

Anyway, I've been doing a LOT of questing in Avalon, and I'm in Dun Dara. I have had some help from my friend Evan DuneHunter, and I've been shooting through Avalon like nobody's buisiness. I'm level 75 in Dun Dara, and I've found that Avalon is MUCH tougher than Zafaria. I was excited to go here when it first came out, but now I'll have to see what the Pendragon holds to see what I'll be up against later on.

Cooldown and Hrefna Nightfeather

'That outsider' from Grizzleheim is Hrefna Nightfeather. I don't really have much interesting to say about our battle, but it was an intense fight. I was riding solo and after a while, I got Cooldown:

Jabberwock at not so long last

'Twas brillig, and the slithey toves dist gyre and gimble in the wabe.' Well, the Jabberwock is not easy to defeat, let me tell you all that first hand. When me and my friend Brianna, storm wizard of my PvP team, FusionFlare, went up against the Jabberwock it was a fight to behold:

When I was fighting the Jabberwock with Brianna, I was intimidated, so I asked Brianna to lend a helping hand, and she gladly obbliged. then came the part of when we had to actually fight the Jabberwock. So we went and he gave us his spiel:

As we were defeated, we has several minutes to think of our stratagy, when along came Kelsey FireHeart.I'm not going to give you every last detail, but we defeated the Jabberwock. The minion was dispatched soon after:

The Wild:Winter Wyrm

Fire Elf village you say?Fire Elf?!HA!More like Ice Elf to me. I walk into the Fire Elf Village in the Wilds of Weirwood, and what do I spy, but a bunch of Ice. Come to find out that the Fire Elf Village was overrun by a Winter Wyrm, a big mean ice dragon unleashed on the village. So what does the only unfrozen fire elf want me to do, battle the Winter Wyrm and free the village!:

Now, I love Ice school, its really great, but when I have to fight ice monsters!, well, that's pushing it. So I go and battle the big mean ice dragon with the help of a level 70 Fire henchman from Zafaria. When I was having trouble fighting the big mean old dragon, Oldubia BlueFire swooped in and saved me right when I needed it most.  I took out the minion, which made the entire battle so much easier because he was Fire. So it was not as hard, and I soon pulled a not so smooth victory:

Into The Wild

As we all know, Beatrice Wildwind is from a place called Weirwood. Well my fellow Morgantine Warriors, I'm here to tell you that I have finished Caer Lyon and made it to The Wild in Weirwood. I didn't get very far in it as of yet, so I'll keep you posted on my adventures in Avalon.

Harlequin Knight Battle

So after all the trouble I got into with Caoranach the Fire-Spitter and the Fomori Giants collecting the Sword and Sheild, I was dubbed a Squire by Friar Nolan and could challenge the Harlequin Knight to cross the Hundred Year Bridge and get to Caer Lyon.

Now, before I go on in my Squirehood story, allow me to give you all a little insight on the Avalon bosses. They combine the HIGH HIGH health of Dragonspyre(no reference to the dragon mobs and bosses) bosses and the Power Pip madness of Zafaria. I kid you not, when I was fighting Caoranach, he started(refer to picture from previous post) with 4 Power Pips! And he had 12,500 health points. Now, back to my Squirehood story.

I was in some deep trouble fighting the Harlequin Knight, and to make matters worse, he was Ice, with a life minion. AND he had about 10,470 health, cast Fortify about 7 times, AND he cast Tower Shield a LOT(but what's surprising about that going against Ice mobs?). So I was in some boiling water when I got into combat. I was not on his good side obviously, because the first round of teh battle, he started off with a Freeze spell. I was down to about 1789 health out of 4269 health when my Life Wizard friend ported in to help me.

After about 7 or 12 rounds after he ported, I knew I was going to make it through the battle, and after I defeated him about 10 minutes later, I was able to go to Caer Lyon.

I'll keep you all posted on my adventures as I travel through Avalon.

My First Avalon Boss Battle

So I started Avalon today, and I'm enjoying the scenery, when they release Caoranach the Fire Spitter on me:

When I first saw that, I was all like, 'I can't do this, this is impossible. There's no freaking way i can do this by myself.' But as i fought, i realized that he was really just a non cheating, easier version of the Jabberwock, and I saw that i could indeed do it. However, when he cast a freaking Infallible on me, i was not happy, because my defenses were neutralized, but I NEVER go down without a fight, and I fought my hardest. Still hard to believe that KI is making us fight dragons now, but none the less, I pulled my best spells and pulled out a victory, with a few spots of difficulty on the way to it.

Attempted hatch

So I had a hatch with my freind, Even Dunehunter, in an attempt for a dragonblade pet, and guess what, I got the Forest Lord, he got the dragonblade collosus, I was so ticked off. But over skype, he told me that the pets had 3 epic slots, I couldn't beleive my eyes, he was right, the pets had 3 epic slots. One of them has to be Spritely. So I'll see what happens as I train my new Wendigo when he hatches.

So I've been playing a bit and I recently fought Mika Sharka  in Mooshu to read the Scrolls of Light, and my first attempt, I went down in defeat, in fact, even as I type this, I am battling him for my second attempt at victory. I Have got him on the bar at about 8000 health and I'm gonna win this time, I can feel it in my guts.

Breif Description of Avalon from Wizard101 Hompage

The newest world on the Spiral is Avalon.
Professor Greyrose writes:
Avalon is the silver city, a medieval fantasy world of knights, goblins, giants, and dragons. Merle Ambrose was born here, and gained a reputation as a fierce Wizard. Merle helped the young warrior-bear Artorius become king of Avalon. However, once King Artorius fell in the final battle slaying his archrival, Malory, Merle decided it was time to leave Avalon – Merle left to found Ravenwood School of Magical Arts and teach magic to any Wizard who wanted to learn it in the Spiral.
Avalon is a large world with 15 expansive areas to explore. Young Wizards who are a minimum of level 70 and have completed the quest “Through Glass, Darkly” need to speak to Merle Ambrose who will send you off on your adventures with a quest named “This Little Light of Mine”.

Avalon through the Roof

If you guys haven't heard about Avalon yet, that's like saying I've never heard of Celestia, despite me being level 70. Go check it out. Link to Combat music below:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGpAeT2clqM

Anyway, with Avalon being MUCH harder than Zafaria, I've been working on an Uber pet, or a really good pet that specifically bnenefits the Ice School. I'm thinking of trying to get my hands on an Aqua Dragon. If any of you know someone who has an Aqua Dragon, plz, don't hesitate to contact me at AquaGuy12@gmail.com, I will not neccisarily respond right away, but if you send me an email with the name of someone who has an Aqua Dragon, plz try to set up a meeting place and time with them so I can hatch my Wendigo with them. I really want an Aqua Dragon with Spritely and Spell Proof.

Anyway, Avalon draws its origins from Artorian and Celtic legends. Morganthe has reclaimed her Deck of Shadows, and is now on a quest to trick the king of Avalon, while the Character is on a quest to reclaim the mystical artifact called The Sword of Kings, the only thing that can stand up ot Morganthe's Deck of Shadows. When the character reaches the king, it is too late and Morganthe has tricked him into putting a fern crown instead of a gold one on his head, turning him into a Pendragon, which cheats in combat. But Avalon, if the rumors hold true, comes from test today, I can't wait.

Chapter 3:Star Swept Seas

Chapter 3

Patrick, Stephen, Fallon M, and Nicholas, walked farther into the dome until they reached the Promenade, an area with huge temples lost under the ocean.
“Oh my, this is quite impressive,” said Nicholas, awestruck. The group continued to walk until they saw a group of crabs leading some Marleybonians up a ramp to one of the sunken temples. “Follow them,” Fallon ordered.
They walked quietly up the ramp until they came to a huge hole in the top of the ramp, big enough for a crab to fit through. “In there,” Stephen ordered.
Stephen’s hunch was right and the group of wizards saw another crab general guarding the group of researchers. “I am Optio Agenor,” said the crab, “I’ve worked too hard and too long to get here and you won’t be winning the researchers back anytime soon.”
Stephen pointed his sword at the crab general as his eye’s flashed briefly black and black electricity arced down his sword. “Beguile, Optio Agenor!” he shouted. A steady stream of hearts flew out of his wand and surrounded Optio Agenor. The crab general gasped. “Must…help…Stephen,” Agenor said. Agenor plunged his own spear into his own armor, making himself vulnerable and making the fight shorter. “That should do it,” Fallon cried, “Give me a chance if you wouldn’t mind.
Fallon’s eyes flashed briefly green as green bolts of electricity arced down her wand, collecting into a green ball of mana at the end. At the same time, her Earth Walker pet, Nigel, was stomping at her side. “Earth Walker, Optio Agenor!” Fallon cried. Agenor screamed in pain as the giant green colossus charged and hit him full force with its sword, taking him out of the fight.
“Thank you for freeing us,” said one of the Marleybonian researchers. “Yes thank you. We didn’t know what those crustaceans would do to us if you hadn’t saved us from them,” said another. “Well, Sir Dalton Prescott will be waiting for us,” said one, “We’d best be headed back.” “Ok see ya later,” said Patrick.
_________________________________________________________________
Captain Fogg walked through the newly constructed underwater base camp, where he soon got the feeling he was being watched. It’s probably just a fish, nothing more, thought the captain. But when Capt. Fogg looked out the glass of the dome, he saw a rather large, purple snake looking at him. “GIMINY CHRISTMAS!!! SNAKE! SNAKE!” the Captain shouted.
After a comforting hand telling him that there was no monster in the ocean, Fogg sought something to eat. After surveying the dome, he saw one of the golems, who had mysteriously acquired a Spanish accent, had made a burrito stand and was selling burritos. “Burritos! Get your burritos here! Fresh and hot! Burritos!” Fogg approached the stand. “Yes, I would like 40 burritos please.” The golem looked at his arsenal of burritos. “I’m going to need a bigger burrito stand,” he told the captain.
After about 4 hours of waiting (and being dreadfully hungry), the captain finally got his burritos. He wandered through the Celestia Base Camp, eating and enjoying his burritos. He was wandering through the base camp when he saw a group of wizards emerge from the passage to the Survey Camp. “Hey!” Captain Fogg shouted, “Who are you?” “We were sent here by Merle Ambrose to help with the expedition,” shouted Justin. “Oh well have you got the portal stones?” asked Captain Fogg. “The what?” asked Patrick. “The portal stones that are required to open the portals to the Lunarium, Solarium, and Stellarium,” Edith said, walking up to the group and snapping Captain Fogg a quick salute. “Well we managed to get one for the Stellarium from Eel Cave in the Grotto,” said Stephen, still not quite understanding what was happening. “Well come over here and give it to Avery, I’m sure he will be able to see if it is a true portal stone,” Edith said.
The group was soon wandering the grounds of the District of Stars. “Wow,” said Wolf, awestruck. “I feel very weird,” said Patrick, falling to one knee. That was when the voice spoke in Patrick’s head. You are the one that has chosen to follow the path of stars. Therefore, it is you alone that can accomplish this task. I am in the Stellarium. Come and take the Star of Celestia and take it to the Astrolabe in the Base Camp the Marleybonians have established. I will await you and your friend’s arrival. Patrick also suddenly knew how to get into the Stellarium. “Follow me,” he told the others as he hotfooted away.
The group of friends soon came to a machine with a red button on the top. “What is this thing for, Patrick?” asked Fallon M. “This is what will grant us access to the Stellarium,” explained Patrick. He walked up to the machine. “I need to have 9 tickets to the Stellarium,” Patrick told the machine. “I can’t go in,” said Nick, “Something inside me is telling me that I shouldn’t step foot into the place.” “Ok then, make it 8 tickets,” Patrick said. The Archivist, as the machine called itself, spit out 8 reusable tokens engraved with a star on them. “Let’s go,” Patrick said.

Chapter 2:Star Swept Seas

Chapter 2

“AIEHHHHHH!!” shouted Captain Fogg “What’s with all the colossi?!” “The guide book calls them ‘Rubble Rousers’ and they are drawn to destruction,” said one of the crew who, like Fogg, had wandered back to the smoldering airship to see what could be salvaged.
“Well,” said Fogg, exasperated, “GET RID OF THEM!!!” he shouted. “Aye-aye Cap’n,” said the crew. For 15 minutes, the crew ran around in an attempt to herd the colossi and shoo them off. They had no such luck. “Ugh,” said Captain Fogg, “Let me try.”
Fogg pulled the sword out of the sheath on his hip. Black bolts of electricity arced down his sword as the captain’s eyes flashed briefly black. A black ball of mana flew near the herd of colossi that crew had made. The ball opened a hole in the ground and instantaneously, black spiders poured out of the hole, swarming the Rubble Rousers and causing the crew to run back toward Capt. Fogg. “That should do it,” said Fogg.
But as soon as he spoke, more colossi poured out of the surrounding jungle, heading right for Capt. Fogg and the crew. “AHHHHHHHHH!!” shouted Fogg “EVASIVE MANUVERS!!” The crew scattered in an attempt to evade the colossi that were now pouring out of the jungle. “HEAD FOR THE WATER MOLE VILLAGE!!” someone from the crew shouted.
The group of Marlybonians ran through the jungle toward the water mole village. They soon came across the village where some Water moles were running around. They also saw some of the crew members there, hauling boxes full of supplies toward a nearby beach. “Ah, there you are, Captain Fogg,” said Scientist Pierce Stanson, snapping a quick solute in Capt. Fogg’s direction. “Where’s Capt. Plunkett?” asked Fogg. “I couldn’t tell you where he is,” said Pierce, “about halfway to the village, he disappeared. Edith is down at the beach, building an underwater elevator to the primary dome where the Spiral door is.”
The Spiral Door opened and the group of wizards found themselves in a lush, vibrant and colorful underwater realm. “Wow,” said Justin Shadowblade, Grandmaster Conjurer, “I’ve never seen anything like this before.” “It is pretty amazing,” replied Fallon Deathslinger, Grandmaster Diviner, or Storm Wizard.
The group of wizards didn’t get far into the primary dome when they heard the whirring sound of an underwater elevator. “What’s that sound?” asked Nicholas Lionrider, Grandmaster Pyromancer. “Sounds like the Marleybonian researchers are coming down,” replied Stephen.
Sure enough, Edith Benchley, head engineer of the expedition to Celestia, was ordering people around. “You there, don’t let that nail drop in the sand or it will be lost forever. And, hey, what are you doing over there with that shove-” Edith stopped short in her sentence. The researcher with the shovel had unearthed 3, not 1, not 2, but 3, spell trainers out from under the ocean floor. “Jiminy Christmas!” shouted Edith, “Are those what I think they are?” “I believe so,” said Patrick, stepping forward. “Oh! Are you from Wizard City or any other world?” asked Edith. “Yes! Halston Balestrom from Ravenwood School of Magical Arts got Sir Thurston Plunkett’s distress call and sent us after we got the Spiral Key to Celestia,” Stephen explained. “Well good. Sir Thurston Plunkett, the expedition’s leader, mysteriously disappeared when we were on ‘The Floating Land’ if memory serves,” Edith explained. “Wait, the what land?” Leesha asked. “Oh never mind, it doesn’t matter. Follow me; I think you might want to investigate these strange things over here that my colleague has dug up.
The group waddled over to the spell trainers that he Marleybonian researcher had dug up. “According to the guide book that our Second-in-Command, Captain Fogg, keeps, the Celestians created and practiced three kinds of magic called Star, Sun, and Moon,” Edith explained, “So you might be able to train magic from the spell trainers you see here.”
Patrick approached the Astral School trainer directly to the left of the ramp leading to the barrels. As he approached, the rods of metal lying on top of the barrel began to swirl around the top of it and form the shape of a Star. Patrick very gently touched the metal star hovering over the barrel and his eyes and mind glowed a slight pinkish color. When images started to flood into his mind, he couldn’t pull his hand away. The images taught him about the Magic of Stars and how to use it to his advantage. When he was done, the images stopped and he backed away from the spell trainer.  “Patrick!” exclaimed Fallon, “Are you ok?” “Fine,” he replied. “Edith, is there anything we can do to help you regain your footing here in Celestia?” Wolf asked. “Why yes,” she said, handing Nick, who had just finished with the Moon School Trainer, a sheet of paper. “Could you go to the Survey Camp and talk to Dalton Prescott and try to find our expedition leader, Sir Thurston Plunkett?” Edith asked. “Sure,” said Nick, looking rather pleased with himself, “We will do what we can.”
As the group of wizards headed for the tunnel to the survey camp, Edith called out “ALSO! WATCH OUT FOR MORGANTHE AND HER SERVANTS!” “Oh great,” said Justin, “I do so enjoy sharing world with Morganthe.” “We really don’t have a choice if we expect to save the spiral again,” replied Fallon.
When our heroes arrived on the scene at the Survey Camp, things were in chaos. Crustaceans were menacing the Marleybonian researchers in the camp. “Ugh,” said Stephen, “Edith didn’t say anything about crabs.” “These guys are defiantly too big to be in my next sushi roll,” commented Leesha.
The wizards ran around and battled the crabs in an attempt to get them away from the crew, and after many failed attempts, they were finally able to chase the crustaceans away. “Phew,” said Dalton Prescott, walking up to the group of wizards “That was intense.” “Yes, it was. Edith Benchley sent us here to see if we could help,” replied Fallon D. “Well of course you can help. We are missing some of the crew members. Do you think you could find them and bring them back here so we can continue our research?” Dalton asked. “Sure,” said Fallon M. “Also, we need to recover our bottles of sealant from the crustacean warriors that just ran through here or this dome will lose air pressure and eventually we won’t be able to breathe or the dome itself will collapse, whichever comes first,” Dalton said. “Ok let’s split up then,” said Patrick, “Fallon M, Stephen, and Nicholas, come with me and we’ll see if we can find the crew, the rest of you, see if you can recover the bottles of sealant that Prescott needs,” said Patrick in an authoritative, yet soft tone. The other wizards knew that when Patrick used that tone, what he said was either done or he was not going to be happy when it was all over with.

Chapter One(for real)

Chapter 1

“Zounds! This message comes from my old schoolmate and colleague, Sir Thurston Plunkett of the Spiral Geographic Society!” Storm Professor Halston Balestrom exclaimed. “Should we do something, Professor?” asked Stephen Spiritcaller, a Grandmaster Necromancer. “I would say yes,” said Stephen’s best friend, Patrick EmeraldPyre, Grandmaster Thaumaturge, “if Professor Balestrom knows this guy, we need to help him. Where was the message sent from professor?” “Oh my, this message was sent just outside of Celestia, but that world has been sealed away from the rest of the spiral for a long time, maybe the Spiral Geographic Society finally built an airship sturdy enough to fly all the way to Celestia,” Halston explained. “Ok great, how do we get the spiral key to Celestia?” Stephen asked.
“The key was shipped to the Spiral Geographic Warehouse in Reagent’s Square in Marleybone some time ago so that it would never be lost or found. But if the Stone of Mazzaroth was broken into three pieces, then I fear Morganthe has returned to power at last,” Halston said. “Whoa, whoa, whoa! Who has returned to what power?” Patrick asked. “Never mind that now,” Halston said, “You need to go to the warehouse in Marleybone and get that key,” Balestrom said.
“Knock knock,” said a voice at the door to the storm school. “Come in,” said Professor Balestrom. A young wizard about 13(the same age as Patrick and Stephen) walked in the door. “Ahhhh, hello there Miss Moongem, and what can I do for you this fine day?” Professor Balestrom asked. Fallon Moongem Walked in the door to the Storm School. She was a Grandmaster Life wizard, also known as a Theurgist. She was wearing the same hat, robe, and pair of boots that Patrick and Stephen were wearing. She and several other wizards had been there when Patrick had exposed the stolen gear during the Waterworks raid. They referred to the sets of gear only as ‘The Waterworks Gear’, ever since they had found out about the Critical and Block Statistics from Diego the Duelmaster in Unicorn Way, the gear they had found had made more sense, but the gear didn’t quite understand them since they really should have been wearing the gear because they were only Grandmasters. But the two boys, Fallon, Leesha Darkheart, Wolf Redfist, Justin Shadowblade, and many more had found the waterworks gear and put it on instantly. They took what was left to Headmaster Ambrose.
Fallon was different from most theurgists. She had short blonde hair, deep blue eyes that darted around, and a thoughtful face. She cared deeply for others and wanted to bring out the best in her pet Satyr. She stared at the three people in the classroom. “I couldn’t help but overhear that you two might be going into the warehouse in Marleybone to get the Celestia Spiral Key,” she said, “and I thought me and Wolf could come.” “That would be great, Fallon, that means that we can leave for Marleybone now,” said Wolf Redfist, walking into the room. “Good luck you four, and be careful!” Professor Balestrom called out as the four headed towards Bartleby.
They soon found themselves standing at the opposing edifice of the Spiral Geographic Warehouse in Reagent’s Square, Marleybone. “Oh, my goodness, that is a tall building,” said Wolf. “You bet it is,” said Patrick, “but it is worth it if we can get to Celestia.” The four Grandmaster Wizards entered the warehouse. They got to the second floor when they heard a banging and crashing noise deep in the gloom. “What’s that? Who’s hiding in there?!” Fallon shouted. “Allow me,” said Patrick. Patrick pulled out his Lifeforce Blade that he kept in a sheath attached down his back. Patrick’s sword instantly came to life in shockingly colorful electricity.
Patrick’s eyes flashed briefly blue. Blue bolts of electricity arced down the sword shaped like a dental floss pick. The electricity congregated into a small glowing ball at the end of the sword. The ball floated out into the room, then exploded into sharp shards of ice, flying in every direction. “Ouch! Mrowwwwwwwww!” came the cry of pain “You’ll pay for that!” Two Cat Bandits jumped out of the clutter and immediately began to throw Balance spells in Patrick’s direction.  “Tower Shield is the best thing for Balance Spells,” Patrick said and cast a large amount of them on him and his friends. “Now for my favorite spell,” Patrick said. He repeated the same process he did with his Ice Shard spell, only charging the globe of mana with a different desire. The ball sank into the ground and the room was blistering cold with a huge Blizzard. The Cat Bandits gave up after being frozen. “Ok I’ll talk,” said one. “Estrikir Gloomthorn is at the top and intends to take the spiral key for Celestia to Morganthe,” the cat said. “And he has guards on almost every floor,” said the other. “Well then,” Fallon said, “I guess it’s a race to the top then.”
The four wizards jumped in the elevator and hit the button for the top floor. But about halfway to the top the elevator was stopped almost automatically. “Hey,” said Wolf, “what’s going on here?” The elevator doors opened and they were standing in a rather large, open room. Standing in the room, was a crab dressed in red armor. “I am General Stormclaw, who are you and why have you come here?” asked the crab. “We come from Wizard City and are here for the Celestia Spiral Key,” Stephen said. “Estrikir told me to stop all who come for the key, as Morganthe needs it,” said the General, “Fight for what you want!” said Stormclaw as a dueling circle formed in the room. “Ugh,” sighed Patrick, “I didn’t expect this.”
Stormclaw started the duel by casting a high Tower Shield on himself. Patrick took up front. “Legion Shield!” he shouted as a blue ball of mana left the tip of his sword. Blue swirling energies surrounded him and him comrades, protecting them from damage. Wolf cast a Weakness on the crab, lowering his damage even more. “Now we’re rolling,” said Stephen, throwing out a Wraith. At the last moment, Stephen felt his body tighten up as he pushed out extra damage. The Wraith all but took out the crab general. “Wow,” commented Fallon, “was that-” “A critical hit,” said Patrick, finishing her statement.
As the general grew weaker from Stephen’s Wraith, Patrick finally finished the battle with an Ice Wyvern, a type of dragon. “You are powerful wizards,” said the general with his dyeing breath. “Well of course,” said Wolf, “We have after all, defeated Malistaire.”
As the four wizards exited the elevator at the top floor, they prepared for battle once again. But this time, they saw what could only be Estrikir Gloomthorn, servant of Morganthe. “I see we have company,” said Estrikir in a deep voice, “I know what you seek and you shall not have it.” Even as Estrikir was speaking, he didn’t even see he was slowly being encased with ice by Patrick’s Frostbite spell.
By the time Estrikir did see, it was too late. “WHA-” “That will keep him frozen for a long time,” said Patrick, taking the spiral key. “Let’s get to Celestia.”

My Book's First Chapter

Prologue

“We should be arriving shortly to the underwater world of Celestia,” said expedition leader Thurston Plunkett, “so start getting the landing gears ready.” “Aye-aye, Captain,” said Plunkett’s right hand man, Captain Sylvester Fogg.
Captain Fogg went down to the engine room to discover a huge surprise. Edith Benchley, the expedition’s leading engineer, was hard at work fixing the landing gears. “Edith,” said Fogg, “what on earth are you doing?” “Captain Fogg!” Edith exclaimed, “The landing gears are broken, I’m trying to fix them now. How long until we land in Celestia, do you know?” “I don’t know,” Captain Fogg said, full of despair and disbelief. If the landing gears have gone down this close to Celestia, Fogg thought, there must be a horrible danger or problem waiting once we land.
Just then one of the expedition’s golems, Gearwise, came down the ramp into the engine room. “Captain Fogg,” the golem said, “some of the other golems are going bonkers, and I can’t stop them!” Gearwise said. “What?!” exclaimed Plunkett from upstairs. Fogg went running up the ramp from the engine room.
“Fogg!” Plunkett shouted, “Send out a distress call and send it quick, I no longer have control over the blimp!” “Right away, Sir!” Fogg said and was gone.
“Mayday! Mayday! This Thurston Plunkett of the Spiral Geographic Society! We are under attack! The ship is going down! The Umbra Queen has returned! It is the work of Mor-” was all Plunkett was able to say before the airship’s communications went down and the blimp started to descend. “Attention crew,” said Plunkett over the loudspeaker, “this is Captain Thurston Plunkett speaking. The airship won’t be able to stay in the air for much longer so I want all of you to come to the main bridge and avoid the engine rooms. That is all, and see you all up on the bridge soon.”
Soon, all the crew was working their way out of the wreckage of the airship. Plunkett’s idea of going to the main bridge has saved the lives of the crew, but cost them the whole communications system, except what Fogg had been able to salvage. “This was all I could find that still worked,” Fogg said, “I’m terribly sorry, Captain.”
But Fogg looked up to find no one was looking at him, but at strange creatures that had arrived at the scene of the crash. “Fogg!” shouted Captain Plunkett, “what are these creatures that have arrived?” “I believe,” said Captain Fogg, looking over his glasses, “that the guidebook calls them ‘Water-Moles’, whatever that means.” One of the water moles wearing a mask came up and pointed his staff at Plunkett, “I Tupa- Taua, Water- mole warrior, who are you to invade water-mole village?” “Do you suppose they speak English?” Plunkett asked Fogg. “What English?” Tupa Taua demanded of the Marleybonians. “I don’t think so,” Capt. Fogg replied. “Seize them!” the water mole warrior shouted. “Let me take care of this,” Capt. Fogg said. He stepped forward.
“No seize!” Fogg shouted. Instantly, as if they had hit a wall made of metal, the oncoming water moles stopped. Tupa Taua eyed Capt. Fogg wearily. “You show signs of promise,” he said in his water mole way, “welcome. Enter village.” The crew followed the tribe of water moles to a village some distance away. Only when the Marleybonians got there, did Capt. Plunkett notice that Capt. Fogg and several other members of the crew were missing. They had somehow gotten lost in the jungle. When Plunkett looked back everybody was gone. Then everything went black and his hope of rescue was lost. But, unknown to Plunkett, his distress call had been received by people in Wizard City.

Gold Farming for Dummies: February Edition

Patrick here. Now I've got some more good gold farming tips for you, as I have tested these out in the field of battle.

Take a school specific pet with you, or a pet that you have trained that isn't your school, but has school specific talents. For example, if you are a Life wizard but have a death bat that you have trained to have life school talents, then by all means take it.

Next: APPLY THE GARGANTUAN OR COLLOSAL SPELLS TO YOUR AOE'S!!! I can't express this one enough, apply apply and apply some more.

Soon I'll have more great tips.

Gold Farming for Dummies

Say that you've been farming forever and you haven't got all the gold you want. Fear not, my fellow wizards, for Patrick EmeraldPyre has the solution.

Let's start with the basics. You obviously need someone to help you go farming in the event you die or fizzle, they can back you up in that instance. Then you need some good defence so you don't die or lose your fight.

Now for the gold farming part. The current gold farming hot spots are Halfang Bristlecrown and General Greystone. You need a good pet and some good gear. I would reccomend the Waterworks gear if you are level 60 and if you aren't, get some good gear that has stun resist and Tower Shield if you can get your hands on it. I would also recommend some good pet that has spritely.

These are all the tips I have for you for now, but I'm sure I can give you more later.
